We said goodbye to the BNO tour and are now back home to rest up. Next tour is only a week away!! Get stoked!

SAN ANTONIO!

holy shit, san antonio! what got into you guys? what a fun show. not a huge turnout, but everyone was so nice and amazing and totally into getting crazy on a tuesday night. definitely a great surprise.

we're in dallas today. apparently giant things are exploding in dallas. but we're okay. the rock train moves on.

a brief recap from peter

peter has his own little private blog, so he can't post pictures in two places at once.. or at least we don't know how yet. so i figured you might enjoy a recap of photos from peter's blog of the past few days.

tallahassee was a pretty fun show. we had a good time and ate tons of pizza. after the show, the nicest girls in the world - joyce and her sister - surprised us with a FREE HOTEL ROOM. we went to the hampton inn and had the nicest sleep ever. we had a delicious continental breakfast in the morning and then peter and shane took a dip in the pool:



we had a day off, so we drove to louisiana! we saw a llama inside a van. no joke. you can barely see it's face, but that is a fucking LLAMA, man.



we got to baton rouge to our buddy colin's house. colin is the GRILLMASTER and he also plays bass in AS CITIES BURN. he's a rad dude and he has a wonderful wife and some rad friends. we had an amazing cookout and drank little 10 oz. beers. they were delicious.

hello florida!

we are on the florida leg of tour. we played our first show in tampa tonight and i think it was one of the best performances of our tour so far.

we got some news that kinda shook us up and we're still having issues with our stupid van. it's been a rough day in the olympia camp, so if you want to send us your good vibes, they will be appreciated.

the heat, MY GOD the heat!

the award for hottest show of tour so far goes to: charlotte, nc.

here's the bad news, the next shows are:
atlanta, ga
tampa, fl
orlando, fl
west palm beach, fl
jacksonville, fl

all places known for their chilly temperatures and lack of humidity. riiiiight.

tour has been so fucking awesome. i can't emphasize enough how awesome all the bands are as both musicians and dudes. in virginia beach, we got live with the other bands, did shirtless beer bongs, got totally awesome, and a few of us ended up in the atlantic ocean half-naked at 4:00am. also, we met an amazing drunk guy who sang us morrissey songs at a 7-11.

when people ask me why i want to be on tour all the time, i point to nights like these.

on the shitty side, our van's electrical system has been going haywire. brake lights stopped working. hazard lights stopped working. the odometer is acting crazy. we took it in to a dodge dealer and they fucked around with it for a while. it turns out we needed a new part that was unavailable in va beach. nick and peter drove to get it and nick installed it. thank god we have nick in this band. he is the unsung hero of van repair. fixing our countless issues and doing oil changes. every band needs a dude who knows about auto repair. seriously.

onwards to florida. we're stoked. can anyone get us into disney world for free?

...From our hometown of WASHINGTOWN! Its so good to be home!

new tour!

hey dudes! we're out on the road with boys night out, emanuel, and june.

so far this tour has been really awesome. we're meeting a lot of kids who are checking us out for the first time and the reactions have been great. we're stoked to be in front of kids who get what we're doing.

something that is exciting to band dudes, but totally unexciting to regular people is that we got NEW MERCH! we've been touring with the same two t-shirts for a while now, so we've added two new designs to the mix and they look pretty awesome. peter designed both shirts.



the first shirt is an olympia-style beer bong. it's based on some of our album artwork and we figured it was about time we displayed our love for doing beer bongs on a t-shirt as well.



the second shirt is creme-colored with brown ink. it's a hand drawing of a ship being attacked by an army of giant squids. it's definitely creepy and we're already selling a lot of these. this one was also drawn by peter.

so there you go. new merch. new tour. all exciting.

this tour definitely has the makings to be our best tour yet, so come out if you can because it's a great night of rock'n'roll and awesomeness.

we have a day off, so we're off to the guitar center and to go to the auto shop to get our brake lights fixed. always exciting on a day off. we might go see a movie. i'll let you know what happens.
